Return & Exchange Policy

Online purchases are valid for a refund within 30 days from the ship date. Refunds are for the purchase price only (not including shipping and handling). Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Shoes must be in their original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt. Exchanges are handled via return and re-order. See below for instructions.

Gift cards, cosmetics, underwear, tights, earrings, and online items marked “FINAL SALE” may not be returned. If returned, no refund will be given.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for any return shipping. If the item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please reach out to us for a pre-paid return label.

Damages and Concerns
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Defective or wrong items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. If items are not reported within the 7 day period, we cannot accept them or deem the product defective.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
It will take 5-7 business days after receipt of returned merchandise to inspect and process the return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Missing or Stolen Items

We recommend contacting your local authorities immediately if a package is stolen. Move N Style Dancewear is not responsible for missing or stolen Items.
